Andrew Moreschi
Andrew Moreschi is in high demand as a versatile trumpet player, having recently relocated to Philadelphia after nearly a decade performing throughout the greater New England area and beyond. On any given week, he can be found on the concert stage, in the pit, or in the studio for a wide variety of groups and styles.
Currently, Andrew is a member of the New Bedford and Cape Symphony Orchestras, as well as the Redline Brass Quintet. He has performed with the Boston Pops, New World Symphony, Vermont Symphony, Boston Philharmonic, to name a few, and has played in pits for North Shore Music Theater and Fiddlehead Theater Company.
Andrew received dual Bachelor of Music degrees in Trumpet Performance and Music Education from the State University of New York at Fredonia, and a Masters of Music in Trumpet Performance from New England Conservatory. Additionally, he studied for one year at the Liszt School of Music in Weimar, Germany. His teachers include Roderick MacDonald, Geoffrey Hardcastle, Uwe Komischke, Ben Wright, and Michael Martin. Andrew was a member of the Pacific Music Festival in Sapporo, Japan, and also performed as part of the Tanglewood Music Center.
