Frank Ruggieri Society

The Friends have established an endowment fund that will provide a source of income into the future. As part of that endowment fund, they have created the Ruggieri Society, named for the late Maestro Frank Ruggieri.  The Ruggieri Society is a unique gift opportunity that will help to ensure the summer Music Pier series will continue for many generations.

For over ten years the Society has provided funding for specific projects including two extra musicians for the season, youth outreach programs, additional rehearsal time for special performances, and acquisition of musical compositions.

You can participate and forge your lasting link to the future by becoming a member of this Society.
Make an initial contribution of $2000 in the first year and combine that with a statement of intent to contribute $2,000 a year over the next two years, With that total of $6,000 in tax deductible gifts over a three year period, you will become a member of this select group. 25% of each gift will be placed in the Friends’ Endowment Fund with the balance allocated to underwrite the projects outlined above.

The Friends of the Ocean City Pops is pleased to salute all the members of the Ruggieri Society whose leadership has set the pace for success in meeting our goals.
